Overview

Anything tastes better dipped in chocolate, yes?

Join us for a workshop where you will learn in depth about chocolate processes and use professional techniques.

Chocolate is not a matter of life and death – it’s more important than that!

You will taste and make your own chocolate truffles; preparing, flavouring & shaping the fillings; tempering, en-robing & decorating the chocolates with colourful ingredients.

This workshop lasts 3 hours and takes place at The Chocolate Museum in Brixton.

The Chocolate Museum is an independent museum established by Isabelle Alaya, a French artisan chocolatier, who started her own brand, Melange Chocolate, in the UK in 2008.

The Chocolate Museum opened its doors in March 2013, who's collection encompasses a range of objects and memorabilia acquired over many years from different merchants and collectors.

Please book as soon as you can to ensure our booking for these dates. We can only issue a refund if we are able to resell your space.
