Chinese New Year at Chung Ying in Birmingham
Overview
This is always a really popular night, and the feedback we get is brilliant!
This year the Chinese New Year falls on Saturday 25th January, so we will be celebrating it on the actual night when the main Chinese community celebrations are.
2020 is the year of The Rat.
This year our Chinese celebrations will be at the Chung Ying Central restaurant on Colmore Row.
If we get enough bookings we will have the restaurant exclusively for Spice.
We will be Eating Cantonese style, the tables will be laden with mouth-watering specialities, and you can try a bit of everything. Vegetarians will have a range of options prepared (please state if required), complementing the dishes for the carnivores.
Once we have finished eating, the party begins with disco and karaoke.
We will have a visit from a 'Chinese Lion' at some point during the festivities.
Happy New Year!

- The music was good and ended up dancing for most of the night.
- Thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a lovely group of people on the table which makes an event, I knew quite a few of them but also got to meet 3 new people.
