Overview

So get wrapped up, get the bike out in some spectacular scenery. This will be a reasonable tough grade 3 ride with a few ups and downs so you should be comfortable on a mountain bike and have recent previous experience of off road terrain.

There will be a cafe or pub stop for lunch but you should also bring sufficient snacks and drink to keep you going through out the ride.

Host & Everything Else

Before You Go

We suggest you wear several layers of loose clothing and bring waterproofs. Gloves are a must at this time of year and we also recommend you bring a change of clothes to leave in the car just in case. Also put a few snacks and a drink in your day sack just to keep you going during the ride. Also remember helmets must be worn - NO HELMET - NO RIDE.
