Barton Marina Artisan Craft Market Easy Ramble

Event going ahead: Please be assured that this event can go ahead, From the 29th March we can have groups of 6 on outdoor activities.

Two Groups: This ramble will be led in two groups; one with Rob and the other with Pete Corbett. They will keep a safe distance apart.

We return to Barton Marina for this great 5½ mile ramble with Rob Smith starting from Barton Marina to coincide with their Artisan craft market. Barton Marina which is a great place anyway as there are lots of lovely shops, cafes and ice creams stalls but today is their Artisan craft market showcasing local produce and crafts. 

The walk initially explores the marina and woods surrounding it before venturing through Barton Under Needwood village. Then we walk around Smiths Wood and the Dunstal Estate before returning to the Marina to have something to eat and look at the Craft Fair.

Note: Although the walk is as certain as we can be with these times, the market can be cancelled due to weather conditions and the governments feeling towards crowds.
