Gay clubs, new buildings, and an historic garden

This walk is for lovers of London, it starts in Kennington and takes us through an area that is changing by the minute. Catch it while you can as it’s flavour of the past is vanishing so quickly. We start with of of London’s great squares and then talk about Kennington’ famous son followed by the story of the Black Prince. We visit a multi sports arena, the site of a victory for the people then on to Vauxhall. Vauxhall is the capital of london’s gay scene and we will pass by London most famous gay pub. Not forgetting a view of the river and a flight to the starsThe tour ends at the site of London’s first pleasure garden now 300 years.old. A highlight at the end of the tour is where we finish, outside a hidden gem of the capital.
