Come and join Sue for a friendly game of badminton everyone is welcome, regardless of ability, so it is particularly ideal for new members.

A member and new to badminton with Spice? If so, let the office know and we will book you on your first session for free. Just call or email us.

Please try to arrive at the Courtside for 7.50pm so teams can be organised ready for play to begin at 8pm prompt.

What To Bring

You need trainers and sports kit (track suit bottoms are a good idea to save your knees), all levels of players welcome. Bring your own racquet or if you don't have one let us know at the time of booking and we will make sure one is available for you to use.

Bring a filled water bottle with you to keep hydrated!
