Backstage Tour of the National Theatre

We are heading behind the scenes at the National Theatre. 

Every year more than 20,000 people from all over the world enjoy the unique experience of a backstage tour at the National Theatre – and they all come away with a lasting impression. 

The National houses three theatres, The Olivier, The Lyttelton and The Cottesloe all under one roof. 

As the National Theatre is a working venue, each tour is unique and may include opportunities to see two out of the three auditoriums, the dressing rooms and fly tower, you will be able to see some of the sets and props for some of the shows and there is plenty time to ask questions on the history of the National theatre. 

We will meet at the National Theatre and enjoy a tour. Then after our tour is completed we will head to Tas Pide for lunch. This is included in the Tour & Lunch booking.

Tas Pide is a Spice favourite and serves Turkish mezze in a warm, friendly atmosphere.

All dishes are prepared by a team of highly skilled chefs using fresh, seasonal produce to the highest standard offering a delicious mix of classic and modern dishes.

HELLIMLI ISPANAK - Spinach sauteed with grilled halloumi cheese, chickpeas, peppers, tomatoes, leeks and onions

PIRASALI SOMON - Grilled salmon with pan-fried leeks, tomatoes, onions and potatoes
