Overview
Why not join us for a fabulous mid-week break on Holy Island off Anglesey - we just love this area, the venue and everything it has to offer. It will involve exploring some of the most stunning coastal views on Anglesey (so don’t forget your camera). This four night trip will be a refreshing break with guided walks and local visits. The island is such a beautiful area, full of places for us to visit. Castles, beaches, shopping… you name it!
The Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path is a long distance walk that follows the picturesque coastline of the island. It’s full of striking natural beauty that’s ideal for walkers. As it is one of our guided walks, we will walk the highest point of Anglesey, Holyhead Mountain and have access to beautiful views of sea arches and cliffs.
Includes
4 Nights' accommodation in comfortable Spice exclusive hostel or your own tent, 3 packed lunches, 3 cooked breakfasts, 1 Continental breakfast, 3 guided walks and 3 evening meals
Travel & Stay
On our trip to Anglesey, we will be staying at the 3 star Outdoor Alternative which has facilities designed for comfort all year round. The buildings are heated and well ventilated so our stay will be warm, fresh and relaxed.
There’s no need to worry about bedding since pillows, duvet & sheets are provided in the hostel but obviously if you choose the camping option, please bring your own. Toilet, shower and wash room facilities are either ensuite or adjacent to the bedrooms and for those camping there are plentiful onsite facilities.
The rooms are of a good size, so there’s plenty of room for Spicers to kick back or socialise.
The facilities provide space for parking although we are likely to be blocking each other in.
Directions: From the A55 dual carriageway across the Island leave at Junction 3, signposted Y Fali/Valley, A5; Follow signs for Y Fali/Valley, continue to the road junction traffic lights. Continue for just over 1 mile, over the new road bridge, straight across the mini roundabout Take the left turn shortly after the bridge over the Inland Sea at Four Mile Bridge - signposted "Rhoscolyn" and "White Eagle" After 1.3 miles turn sharp left at the 'Silver Bay' sign.
