Overview

Why not take part in a double event; Firstly, try your skills at Adventure Golf, which boasts things like "challenge the hazards", "enjoy the undulations", and "experience the professional golfing surfaces" in a relaxed and peaceful environment.

We will book the 18 hole course for you to try your hand at and compete against your fellow spice members.

After adventure golf, there will be time to have refreshments at the café or maybe picnic if the weather is fine. 

Then we visit the Lakeside Arts Centre which has a few interesting exhibitions:

A fascinating exhibition of art based on Smith's visits to historical sites.


All three Galleries are within the same area as the Adventure Golf so there is no long walk in between. They are all Free but there is a donation box within each Gallery. Bit a about Lakeside Arts Centre: Lakeside Arts is the University of Nottingham’s public arts programme. Over 200,00- people of all ages and abilities engage annually with Lakeside cultural programme – enriching the lives Nottingham and Nottingham communities, including the University’s staff and students. Lakeside is responsible for or directly supports the work stemming from three collections: University of Nottingham Art Collection, University Of Nottingham Museum Collection and Manuscripts and Special Collections.
