The suspension bridge is an iconic sight in Bristol, built high in the cliffs of the Avon Gorge. Today we are going to walk over and under the bridge, and through some National Trust Woodland to get a closer look at this beautiful piece of engineering. Our walk will only take about an hour, so it is not long, but there are some steep climbs (which we will take very slowly!) and it may be muddy dependent on the weather on the day.
After the walk, we will head to The Clifton for one of their delicious Sunday roasts (though there are non-roast options on the menu). Vegans and vegetarians are also catered for.
This is a pay as you go event where you pay a deposit to secure your space, and any food or drink purchased are paid for on the day.
