Enjoy an evening of outdoor theatre and a glass or two of fizz, in the stately surroundings of Avington Park, near Winchester. We will be entertained by the hilarious Pantaloons Theatre Company with their adaptation of Jane Austen's classic 'Sense and Sensibility'. The Pantaloons say:
"Elinor Dashwood has a lot of good Sense. Her sister Marianne Dashwood has an excess of Sensibility. Together they make a snappy title for Jane Austen’s classic novel of scandals, scoundrels and severely sprained ankles."
Expect a funny and fast-paced show featuring live music, audience interaction, romance and heartbreak.
The performances is in the open-air and will continue in all weather conditions bar a full-blown tempest. Please bring a picnic, something to sit on and warm/waterproof clothing as required!
Spice has long been attending performances by The Pantaloons and they never disappoint, so this is sure to be a fantastic evening.
