For those who have experienced WingsItaly prior, their emphasis is not on seeing things, but on experiencing them, which is sometimes the best way to feel a city, so spontaneity is essential to fully absorb this journey and it’s open to everybody! There is a strong emphasis on local cuisines, history and for sure trying Venetian specialties.
As Venice is a city on the sea, seafood plays a large part in Venetian cuisine. Including Bacall manteco (a creamy cod dish served with polenta), sarde in saor (sardines marinated in a sweet-and-sour sauce) Risotto Nero, which is stained black with squid ink.
