Overview
Le Bistro Pierre is an elegant and relaxed first floor restaurant offering excellent food. It is a vibrant restaurant that gets great feedback about the food and service. Today we will enjoy a 2 course evening meal.
As this is a Spice dines around the world meal you will qualify for a stamp in your passport. If you haven't already got a passport we will issue you with one on the night.

Soupe du jour - freshly made soup of the day GF
Pâté de Campagne - Home-made coarse pâté using four cuts of pork and pistachio nuts, served with cornichons and sourdough toast GF
Calamars - lightly spiced crispy fried squid with garlic aïoli GF
Salade de betterave et chèvre - Crumbled goats’ cheese with marinated beetroot, chicory, watercress, walnuts and
grain mustard dressing GF, V
Brioche et champignons - Toasted brioche and fricassée of mushrooms with (or without ) Alsace bacon GF, V
Tapenade - Red pepper and anchovy tapenade with artisan bread GF
Mains (served with a selection of potatoes and seasonal vegetables except steak and burger)
Poulet au citron - Pan-fried chicken breast with lemon, broad beans and smoked bacon in a light white wine and cream sauce
Médaillons de porc - Slow-cooked marinated medallions of pork with honey and grain mustard glaze,
Morteau sausage, caramelised apples and Dijon beurre blanc
Tarte aux légumes - Warm tartlet of butternut squash, spinach, Le Saint Mont des Alpes cheese, caramelised onion and dressed
watercress with a chive beurre blanc
Boeuf à la Violette de Brive - Slow-braised beef with red wine, leeks and Violette de Brive mustard
Steak-Frites - 7oz flattened pan-seared bavette steak (served pink) served with roasted garlic and parsley butter and pommes frites only
Burger maison - 100% prime British beef burger with cheese, gherkins, relish, plum tomatoes and gem lettuce, served with pommes frites only
Croquette Asiatique - Spiced fish cake of haddock, chilli, lemongrass, ginger, coriander and lime with a crunchy Asian salad
Super salade - Quinoa, broccoli, beetroot, cauliflower couscous, watercress, parsley and pomegranate topped with toasted seeds,
spiced chickpeas and served with mint yogurt dressing. Choose from:Marinated halloumi or grilled chicken
7.15pm in the bar for table at 7.30pm.
Location: Le Bistro Pierre is located on Cheltenham Parade above Sukhothai. There is on street parking available around this area but some of it is limited to short stay. The Jubilee multi storey car park is very close by on Union Street, HG1 1DJ.
