Spiceball is now rivalling unihoc as our most popular sport that we play. It started life as either netball or korfball and went so far away from the originals that we had to give it a new name. It's fast but less complicated than netball or korfball. The rules of the game are simple and designed to make sure the game really works as a mixed sport with different levels of fitness on the court so there's no excuse for not having a go!
