If you already have them don't forget to bring your passports if you're new to our world cuisines I'll have your passport with me. I can't believe how popular our meals have become with over 40 of you on the last ones so don't snooze & lose on the meals they are starting to sell out now. Tonight we visit El Sombrero where we will have as selection of starters for us all to share, a choice of main course and dessert followed by tea or coffee. I need to know your main course choices (the items in bold) in advance to enable smooth service for our large party on the night so please, please write your choices on the booking form. Anyone failing to do so will have to eat a raw chilli on the night!! As always pay for your drinks separately. For starters we have Nachos, Cactus Leaves & Tuna, Cajun or Plain Chicken wings, Tortilla filled with cheese, salsa & spicy chorizo or tortillas without the chorizo for veggies
Our main course menu choices are :-
Enchiladas - Baked Wheat Tortillas, served with spicy tomato sauce and sour cream
Filled with either Picadillo (Minced Beef, onions, almonds and sultanas)
Pollo (Chicken, cheese, onions and chillies)
Queso (Cheese, onion and chillies)
Chimichangas - deep fried wheat tortillas served with a spicy tomato sauce, re-fried beans and sour cream
Filled with either Picadillo (Minced Beef, onions, almonds and sultanas)
Pollo (Chicken, cheese, onions and chillies)
Puerco (Minced pork, onion and chillies)
Verduras con Pimientos, Cebolla y Chiles (vegetables with peppers, onions and chillies)
Canape Con Queso Y Chorizo - Chorizo and cheese filled pancakes oven baked and topped with a creamy tomato sauce served with garlic potatoes and salad garnish
Canape Con Queso Y Hongos - Mushroom and cheese filled pancakes oven baked and topped with a creamy tomato sauce served with garlic potatoes and salad garnish
Mexiskins Rellenos Con Mariscos Combinado Y Queso - Mexiskins filled with mixed seafood topped with cheese, served with rice, sour cream and salad garnish.
Dessert is a choice of Death by Chocolate, Death by White Chocolate (oh no how do I choose?!!), Lemon or Orange Crepes or Chimi-Mincers (Wheat Tortillas filled with mixed fruit and deep fried). All this rounded off with a cup of tea or coffee. See you there!
