Spice (East Mids) have invited us to join them on their coach trip to chocolate heaven and as it's only a few junctions down the motorway I thought we'd join them. Unfortunately it is not an option to meet them there as we have booked a group coach package.
For everyone who loves chocolate a visit to Cadbury World is a TRIP TO PARADISE. Experience everything about chocolate, the sight, the sound, the smell and of course the taste. Watch the demonstrators at work creating, decorating and packing before your very eyes.
Stroll through central American rain forests to see where cocoa is first grown. Follow the story across Europe to discover how john Cadbury began using cocoa. Be transported on a memorable ride through the enchanted chocolate wonderland! See how Cadbury create television adverts and take part in tasting sessions. Visit the Chocolate Shop for some chocolate bargains or try the Cadbury World restaurant that has speciality cakes on offer.
We start our tour at 10.20am and will emerge at about 1pm and so should be back at Nottingham at approx. 3pm. You are welcome to bring children although we are unable to offer a child price as all the tickets have been pre paid at adult prices. If you do bring children along please ensure they behave on the coach. Your New Years resolutions must have been broken by now and if not here is a great opportunity to do just that!
