You will receive a regular copy of your local newsletter which we try and have it on your doormat by the first of the month. The newsletter is the heart of SPICE, and details the coming events, along with reports and photographs from past events. Full details about each event are in the newsletter and on the Web, but do not hesitate to contact the SPICE office if you have any questions. Don't forget, every event is aimed at the beginner, and all equipment is provided.
Booking Local Events
Booking events can be done in 4 ways: on the Web using our secure server, by fax, by telephone (all with a credit/debit card) or by post (with credit/debit card or cheque). In order to keep costs down, we don’t normally confirm bookings unless you send us a SAE. However, through the website you can check all your bookings on-line. All events must be pre-booked with your local Spice office. If there is a problem, such as the event being full, we will let you know. If you need to cancel an event, please let us know as soon as possible. We always try to refund wherever possible. Click here to read the Spice Local Event Cancellation Policy. Booking National Holidays
If you like a social holiday with plenty of like-minded ‘new friends’ to meet and play with, it couldn’t be simpler to join us on one of our departures. No single supplement to pay unless you really want – we will always find you a room mate, plenty of ‘group’ options feature on most holidays, although you have the freedom to ‘do your own thing’ if that’s how you like to holiday, with the safety net of the group handy when you want it. It’s been a winning combination for many years and extends your Spice playground to the rest of the world!
The holiday programme offered by Spice is an ongoing rolling cycle and therefore is always being updated with ever new and different places to visit. A Spice Co-ordinator usually accompanies Spice holidays, unless otherwise stated.
Spice is a membership organisation and all holidays featured are provided as an exclusive benefit of membership. For just £36 at the time of booking, non/ex-members can join Spice for 3 months and enjoy all the benefits of Spice membership including booking holidays.
Holiday Protection: All air inclusive holidays offered by Spice are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Some holidays are protected by the Spice UK ATOL number (ATOL 9046) and on others we are acting as agents for licensed tour operators - the relevant ATOL number is displayed with each holiday.
Terms & Conditions: The Spice UK Terms and Conditions are supplied in every Holiday Information Pack issued with each holiday booking confirmation. They cover our Holiday Cancellation Policy. Unless covered by your holiday insurance, please be aware that cancellation will incur loss of deposit and any further charges detailed in the Tour Operators Terms and Conditions. Cancellation must be sent in writing (post/fax or email). Cancellations are confirmed by return and you should assume you are still booked until you have confirmation that your cancellation has been received. A back up phone call is also recommended. Spice UK act as Agents of the named Tour Operator for each holiday, which your contract is with, and their Terms and Conditions supplied in the Holiday Information Pack apply.
